AI training
AI training for your team,
using your own work.
Not a general course, but training built around the tasks your team does every week. Afterwards, everyone knows what AI can and cannot do, and how to check the result. AI does the groundwork, you decide.
Ask about the optionsHow the training works.
We take a look.
We sit with the people who do the work. Which tasks keep coming back? Where is time lost? We choose examples everyone recognises.
A list of real tasks to practise with.You practise on your own work.
Everyone works with a tool such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude on a task from their own job. We show what works, where AI gets it wrong and how to check the result.
Everyone has done it themselves, not just watched.We agree on the rules.
Which information can go into an AI tool, and which can’t? Who checks the result? We write the agreements down, briefly and in plain language.
A way of working that sticks, also for new colleagues.
AI does the groundwork. You decide.
AI is a tool. It produces a first draft quickly, but it can also make mistakes. That is why we focus on how your team assesses the result. People stay responsible.
After the training.
Some tasks need more than a good question to ChatGPT. We can turn one of them into a proof of concept: a first working version for one task, tested in practice. If it works, we build on it.
Since February 2025, the European AI Act asks organisations that use AI to make sure their staff know enough about it: AI literacy. Training on your own work is a practical first step. We do not give legal advice.
